Page 3: From Script to Page is a fairly straightforward one as you can see from the script:
I decided that the planned caption will actually be placed on the next frame I draw, one that will show more of this scene’s location.
The first image was my first thought for the image, but then I decided a more face-on view would be more impactful so the next image is the rough for this idea.
Then all I had to do was ink it, lay down the flats, add the shading and rendering, add a background, and then a few final tweaks like darkening the shading and cropping it.
